Selangor's foreign ownership cap will have 'minimal impact'

Selangor's new restriction on property ownership by foreigners will have minimal impact on developers here, with the policy largely viewed as ineffective in curbing speculation in the state. CIMB Research Head Terence Wong noted that there are not many developers who are hugely exposed to Selangor and sell property to foreigners at the same time.
