Soho, Manhattan- Just before 12 noon today, scaffolding collapsed trapping one person under the debris. Officials report that 5 people were injured and transported to Bellevue Hospital. One person's injuries were serious but not critical. The other four all sustained minor injures. A witness who saw the incident unfold said that wind played a role.
