Sources: Jared Kushner Directed Michael Flynn to Contact Russia President Trump’s former national security adviser, Flynn, pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about communications with Russia. According to court filings, Flynn was directed by a "very senior member" to get information on Russian sanctions and a United Nations vote. Several sources claim that Trump's Senior Advisor and son-in-law, Jared Kushner, is that member. Flynn will testify to who gave him orders to make contact with foreign governments.
