Union Minister Alphons Kannamthanam was slammed by a women in Imphal airport for delay of flight due. She was upset with the VVIP Culture. Women lashes out on the minister, saying she have to reach Patna to attend a funeral and due to this VVIP culture her flight is delayed by 40 minutes. Her anger burst out on minister. Later on the minister talked over it and said, we were here in Manipur to attend a program, where President of India Ramnath Kovind was to arrive and as per the norms no plane can land or take off when PM or President of India is arriving or going.
