Rainbow flags were flown at Victoria’s Parliament in Melbourne on Wednesday, November 15, following a “yes” result in the same-sex marriage postal survey.“This flag has flown at countless protests and marches over the years. Today, it flies proudly at my office,” Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews said in a post to Twitter. “We’ll always have your back.”The decision to fly the two flags came hours after the Australian Bureau of Statistics announced 61.6 per cent of the 12.7 million votes cast were in favour of same-sex marriage.
