Italian astronaut Paolo Nespoli captured footage “from the Black Sea to Oman, across the Persian Gulf” while on board the International Space Station.This clip, uploaded on November 12, shows the twinkling city lights and occasional lightning storms seen from above.Nespoli has uploaded footage from outer space in the past, including one timelapse that shows the Earth from Africa to Russia.
