A school assignment helped a Fredericksburg, Virginia, high school senior show how grateful she is for her mom, creating an emotional moment for both mother and daughter.Haley McDaniel was given an assignment for her humanities class, to write a letter to someone for whom she was most thankful and film their reaction. The obvious choice for her was her mom, Julie Robinson, who has raised McDaniel as a single parent.McDaniel posted on Twitter that she wrote a letter telling Robinson how thankful she is for fulfilling both the mother and father roles in her life.
