The death toll in the Unchahar NTPC plant boiler explosion has risen to 32 on Friday. Now a shocking video of the incident has emerged. Also, seven labourers critically injured in the explosion were airlifted by defence aircraft from Lucknow. They were admitted to Delhi's Safdarjung Hospital. The death toll in the explosion at NTPC's Unchahar plant climbed to 29, with nine more deaths reported on Thursday. The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued a notice to the UP government over the blast. Expressing concern, the commission in a statement said that a "high-level probe into the matter is immediately required to ascertain the negligence and errors, if any, behind the incident, which involves the right to life".
