Man Steals Halloween Candy

Occurred on October 31, 2017 / Tomball, Texas, USA
Info from Licensor: "I put out a sign on Halloween that said 'Halloween Honor System - Just Take Two' and put candy in a metal pail. All the kids took only a few, but this grown man drove up and helped himself to the rest. At least he left me the pail!"
