Thief Tows Rescue Boat From Port Melbourne Facility

Police were seeking assistance from the public on Thursday, November 1, in relation to the theft of a rescue boat from a Port Melbourne marine facility in August.CCTV footage was released showing a utility vehicle towing the boat after it was stolen in the early hours of the morning after the unknown offenders broke through a fence.The Herald Sun reported there was some debate about the colour of the inflatable rescue boat, which was stolen along with its motor and trailer.
