The New York Police Department reported “several fatalities” in a vehicle ramming incident in lower Manhattan on Tuesday, October 31. Mayor Bill de Blasio said there were eight people killed, and described the incident as an “act of terror.”Footage here shows a school bus that was rammed during the incident.
