UAW has a bone to pick with Tesla for terminating workers

The United Auto Workers (UAW) has filed an unfair labor practice (ULP) against Tesla Inc., the electric carmaker. Tesla fired about 400 workers, including associates, team leaders, and supervisors, according to Reuters. The company claimed performance reviews could result in employee departures and it points to ULPSs as 'organizing tactics' sed by unions. In late August, The National Labor Relations Board’s filed a complaint against Tesla after finding merit in the workers' complaints about unfair labor practices.
