Florida comes back to life with Fantasy Fest after Irma

Key West, at the extreme southern tip of Florida, refuses to give in to gloom following the devastation Hurricane Irma left after ripping through the area last September - one has only to see its people pouring into the streets for the year's big celebration, the colorful Fantasy Fest.
