Apple’s Project Titan Self-Driving Test Car Makes Appearance in California

California resident MacCallister Higgins captured video of Apple’s Project Titan self-driving test car in Sunnyvale on October 19.Higgins told Tech Crunch the reason for the unusual looking roof is likely due to the majority of the compute stack being on the ceiling as opposed to being in the trunk like it is in many other vehicles.Higgins describes himself as an engineer and entrepreneur currently working at Voyage, a company also working on autonomous cars in the form of self-driving taxis.
