Las Vegas Shooter's Windows During Rapid Fire - HIGH RES / SLOW MO

This video is a much higher resolution view of a similar video I've already posted: .
It shows the outside of the entire corner suite of the Las Vegas shooter while he was shooting. The rapid fire shots are heard, but no muzzle flash is seen.
It was filmed from outside of Gate 2B, which is on S. Las Vegas Blvd, north of Mandalay Bay Road (across from Luxor). It also includes a super slow motion replay, slowed down to 12.5% of normal speed - with sound.
My theory for why we don't see muzzle flash is because when this video was being filmed, the shooter was using the window in the front of the suite, not on the corner. If my estimations are correct, the broken out front window is between the 3rd and 4th vertical light (from right to left), and right where the reflection of the white lettering is going at a diagonal across the front.
