Kim Jong-un promotes sister to power

Kim Jong-un promoted his sister Kim Yo-jong within the Politburo group, North Korea's decision-making body. The 28-year-old replaced her aunt, Kim Kyong Hee. Kim Yo-jong was promoted at a Workers' Party convention where her brother called for continuing nuclear-arms development.
