During India vs Australia 4th at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore, MS Dhoni got furious at Axar Patel. The left-arm spinner was fielding at sweeper cover when Mohammed Shami was bowling in the 45th over. Shami bowled a good length delivery which Travis Head played the shot early. As a result he was tangled in front of the wickets. A huge appeal broke out but the umpire turned it down. Meanwhile, the ball went towards the third man and was slowed down by its impact with the pads. Axar fielding at covers was busy appealing, instead of running towards the ball.This saw Australia steal another couple of runs and MS Dhoni was extremely unhappy. He gestured the youngster with his hand and told him what went wrong giving him a scary look. Meanwhile, Australia defeated India by 21 runs.

ऑस्ट्रेलिया के खिलाफ चौथे वन डे में धोनी अक्षर पटेल से काफी नाराज़ होगये । ४५वें ओवर में मोहम्मद शामी बॉलिंग कर रहे थे । शामी ने एक बहुत ही अच्छी गेंद डाली जिसको ऑस्ट्रेलिया के बैट्समैन ट्राविस हेड खेल नहीं पाए और गेंद पैड पर लग कर थर्ड मैन की तरफ की तरफ चली गई, इस गेंद पर भारी अपील की गयी जिसको उम्पयर ने नकार दिया । अक्षर पटेल जो की स्वीपर कवर पर फील्डिंग कर रहे थे अपील करने में लग गए और गेंद पर धयान नहीं दिया जिसकी वजह से ऑस्ट्रेलिया को एक अतिरिक्त रन मिलगया पटेल के इस लापरवाही पर धोनी बहुत गुस्सा होगये ।
