Puerto Rico still struggling one week after Hurricane Maria

Just one week has passed since Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico. According to Gov. Ricardo Rosselló, 97 percent of the island is still without power and over half the island doesn't have running water. A plane loaded with water and food left Miami on Wednesday morning. President Trump has also promised additional help and supplies ahead of his visit next Tuesday.
