The Casino Cocktail is a very gin forward cocktail. It can be made with Old Tom gin and showcases that spirit well.

Recipe:
2 oz gin
1/8 oz lemon juice
1/8 oz Maraschino Liqueur
2 dashes Bitter Truth Orange Bitters
Instructions:
Stir ingredients with ice.
Garnish with a cherry.
