NBA board of governors will vote on draft lottery, resting players
  • 7 years ago
The NBA may soon have a fix for two of its most hot-button issues. Commissioner Adam Silver has been adamant about finding a fix that discourages tanking and resting players which have been used by teams league-wide to attain a higher draft pick or combat player fatigue in time for the playoffs. One major sticking point of the proposal: The number of picks in the lottery would increase from three to four. The board is set to vote on Sept. 28 in New York.
