Bumped Car Goes Crashing Into Pedestrians

It's a known rule of the road that pedestrians will always have the right-of-way. One catch though...Those behind the wheel must be paying attention. Here is a horrific moment people crossing the road were victim to the distraction of a reckless driver. Thankfully, no one was critically injured, and only one pedestrian was taken to the hospital for head injuries.
