Mario Lopez Shares What A.C. Slater Would Be Up to in 2017

Mario Lopez isn’t afraid to share his thoughts on where his iconic Saved by the Bell character, A.C. Slater, would be in 2017.

According to Us Magazine, Lopez says, “I hope he would be happily married with a few kids… And of course, still in great shape!”

So, basically the Extra host is just describing himself nowadays, but it’s fun for fans of the hit 90’s sitcom to believe that A.C. may go by his full name, Albert Clifford, and still send Christmas cards to Zack Morris.

But maybe by now Slater would have ditched the mullet.

Lopez also discussed the possibility of a reboot, saying ”it would be great if something could be worked out! You never know!”

And with the success of shows like Fuller House on Netflix, it might be a good idea to see the gang back together again in some capacity.
