Toddler Found Wandering, Covered in Feces Leads Officers to Filthy Apartment

An Oklahoma mother was charged with child neglect after her 3-year-old son was found by police wandering near a Sonic Drive-In. Police officers say when they brought the toddler home they found an apartment covered in animal and human feces, with rotting food and insects all over the floor.
