North Korea says it won't stop making nuclear weapons

North Korea on Monday told ASEAN nations gathered for a summit in the Philippines that it would not give up on its nuclear ambitions, blaming the United States for " the cause of the current problem of nuclear arms on the Korean Peninsula.
