'China committed to resolve disputes in sea row through dialogue'

China's position on the South China Sea is consistent and clear according to Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying. She said China is committed to resolving disputes with parties directly concerned through dialogue and negotiation.
