ASEAN 'dictators club' won't criticize Duterte - Human Rights Watch

President Duterte is set to enjoy much-wanted foreign support for his deadly drug war when he hosts Southeast Asian leaders at a Manila summit this week, according to observers. Phil Robertson of Human Rights Watch says ASEAN leaders, a 'club of cosy dictators', are likely to avoid any criticism of Duterte over human rights.
