Puno: VP Binay will win as minority president

Vice President Jejomar Binay does not need to join forces with other candidates to beat survey front-runner Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, according to his campaign adviser Ronaldo Puno. He said Binay would win in the five-person race to emerge as a “minority president.”
