Darkness of the disposition of the body, of the disposition of self and of the instincts spreads over the #soul and engulfs it completely. This darkness emanates from the desires of body. On the other, if one strives to overcome this darkness, one may overcome this darkness if one searches for the #mentor of the soul. As Sheikh Rumi states, "O thou whose kinship my soul desires, please come and be the companion of my #heart."
”ہم دلی کُن اے رفیق کیستی تُو ہم دلی کُن اے رفیق“
The seeker asks his guide for the soul companionship. The seeker asks for the guidelines from his spiritual guide as the guidance has to come from the mentor. The mentor indicates the right path to the seeker. The mentor also takes the seeker to the company of the righteous so that the disposition of his soul may gather strength and prevail over the dark disposition of the body.
