Dramatic footage has emerged from China of a bus on fire.

The footage, filmed in Pingdingshan, Henan Province on August 11, shows passengers evacuating the bus as it bursts into flames.

26 firefighters and four fire engines were sent to extinguish the blaze.

The fire was later put out and the traffic returned to normal.
