An emotional video has emerged from the US of a man being reunited with his biological mother for the first time.
The footage, captured at a home in Nueces County, TX, on July 23, shows the man meeting and hugging his tearful mother after 49 years apart.
''At the age of 20, my mother was forced to give up her son for adoption at the aggressive hands of her mother and father,'' the filmer later wrote online.
''Her son had been searching for her since 1989,'' he added.
