Dog Stolen in India Reunites With Owners After 3 Months Apart

A dog stolen while accompanying his owners on their world travels has finally been reunited with his family after more than three months apart.Luke was stolen from his owners, Janin Scharrenberg and Steffen Kagerah, at Marina Beach in Chennai, India, in July. A Facebook post by animal welfare worker Shravan Krishnan read that the dog had been found with a teenager on a beach in October, and was microchip-checked to reveal he was the missing Luke.Krishnan also shared video of the moment Luke was reunited with his owners. In the video, Luke began to whimper when he realised who the people in front of him were and Scharrenberg broke into tears. The video had over 44,000 views at time of writing.
