Najib: Umno doesn't engage in politics of fear

UMNO president Najib Abdul Razak said UMNO does not engage in politics of fear and only parties which did not have power and wanted to topple the government would engage in politics of fear.
He said there were two forms of politics, the 'politics of fear' and 'politics of hope' and UMNO, as the party in power, did not need to resort to the 'politics of fear' as this will destroy the people's hopes.
He said Umno will always convince the people to continue to have confidence in the party and will provide hope as in the 60 years the party has run the country they have done a lot of deeds and brought changes to Malaysia.
