Jared Kushner: 'I did not collude' with Russia
  • 7 years ago
On Monday, Trump's son-in-law and senior advisor, Jared Kushner, addressed the Senate and House intelligence committees about his contacts with Russia. "I did not collude, nor know of anyone else in the campaign who colluded, with any foreign government. I had no improper contacts." It was revealed in July that during the 2016 presidential election, Kushner and Donald Trump Jr. met with a Russian lawyer. The emails allegedly proved that Donald Trump Jr. was trying to obtain damaging details about Hilary Clinton. Kushner did not include the meeting on his SF-86 form, which is a security clearance measure. According to CNN, Kushner claims the form was submitted prematurely before he could include the proper contacts.
