We are determined to get North Korea to see sense

Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson is in Brussels today for meetings with his international counterparts where they will discuss imopsing sanctions on sixteen individuals over the chemical attacks in Syria this year. It is unclear how they have identified the perpetrators of the attack.
