We are determined to get North Korea to see sense

Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson is in Brussels today for meetings with his international counterparts where they will discuss imopsing sanctions on sixteen individuals over the chemical attacks in Syria this year. It is unclear how they have identified the perpetrators of the attack. Johnson also said he hopes that he and his colleagues can get the North Koreans to 'see sense' over the implications of their recent missile tests. Report by Russellcooperr.
