President Trump defended his son's meeting with Russian lawyer promising damaging information about Hillary Clinton. News of a meeting between Donald Trump Jr. and Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya came to light earlier this week after the New York Times said they'd obtained emails relating to both parties. Trump Jr. then decided to release the whole email chain depicting his conversations with Veselnitskaya. President Trump also defended his son on social media. "I never had any damaging or sensitive information about Hillary Clinton. It was never my intention to have that."
