So, she put a gun to his head and drove away with him as her hostage during his May wedding in Uttar Pradesh, India.Sahu, who has been dubbed as “Revolver Rani” after a famous Bollywood movie, met Ashok Yadav while working at a local medical clinic. They’d soon fall in love, but his family insisted he marry someone else.“This man loves me, he is betraying me by marrying someone else,” Sahu, 25, reportedly said at the ceremony before abducting her lover. “I will not allow this to happen.”Later, they were both arrested. Sahu was arrested on kidnapping charges, while Yadav was hit with intentional breach of contract and criminal breach of trust.They were, however, recently released from their nearly two-month jail stints, and were able to have their own wedding.In other words, this is your run-of-the-mill “girl loves boy, but has to a hold a gun to his head to prevent him from marrying someone else” story.
