Footage has emerged of a man driving with his feet on the steering wheel on a motorway in China.
In the video, captured in Yantai, Shandong Province on July 4, the man can be seen holding the wheel with his feet while he plays on his phone.
The driver was reportedly reprimanded but not fined.
