Footage of a man jumping off his motorcycle to escape being crushed by an out-of-control car in southern China.

In the CCTV video, filmed in Jieyang City in Guangdong Province on November 28, a car suddenly veers towards the central reservation.

At the same time, a motorcyclist is approaching from the opposite direction.

As the car drives up the central reservation and flips over it looks certain to crush the motorcyclist.

However, he is able to jump off and escape being crushed.

The car driver suffered minor injuries.

According to local reports, he was a learner driver.
