The preparations for launch of GST on June 30 are done. Meanwhile, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley informed that after the GST rates have been implemented, strict action will be taken against those who do not give the benefits of tax reduction to the common customers. Under the new anti-profit rules, the five-member National Anti-Profitating Authority has been given the power to force prices to decrease for low tax. Every state will have a committee for scrutiny. If a firm fails to do so, it can be penalized or its registration can be canceled.
30 जून को जीएसटी को लॉन्च करने की तैयारियां जोरो से की जा रही है। इसी बीच वित्तमंत्री अरूण जेटली जानकारी दी कि जीएसटी की दरें लागू होने के बाद जो लोग टैक्स कम होने का फायदा आम ग्राहकों तक नहीं पहुचाएंगे उन पर कड़ी कार्रवाई होगी। नए एंटी-प्रॉफिटिअरिंग रूल्स के तहत पांच सदस्यीय नैशनल एंटी-प्रॉफिटिअरिंग अथॉरिटी को कम टैक्स के लिए कीमतों में कमी के लिए मजबूर करने की शक्ति दी गई है। हर राज्य में छानबीन के लिए कमिटी बनेगी। किसी फर्म के ऐसा न करने पर उस पर पेनल्टी लगाई जा सकती है या उसका रजिस्ट्रेशन भी रद्द किया जा सकता है।
