Opposition 'Justice' March from Ankara to Istanbul Enters Second Day

MPs and supporters from Turkey’s main opposition party, the Republican People’s Party (CHP), continued an “Adalet” or “justice” march from Ankara to Istanbul on June 16 in protest at the detention of one the party deputies, Enis Berberoglu.Berberoğlu was sentenced to 25 years’ imprisonment on spying charges on June 14.CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu reportedly broadened the aim of the march, saying he did not want journalists or deputies in front of the courts.This footage from CHP MP Mustafa Balbay shows the marchers on the second day of the journey.
