Jury deadlocked in Bill Cosby trial
Jurors have deadlocked in the Bill Cosby trial. Judge Steven O'Neill instructed jurors to re-examine their views and opinions in an effort to reach a unanimous verdict on the any of the three counts of aggravated indecent assault the comedian faces. There is no limit to how many times a judge can ask. If they're unable to come to a consensus, then the judge will declare a mistrial. Cosby, 79, is charged with drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, the director of operations for Temple University's women's basketball team, at his home near Philadelphia in January 2004. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.
