A pickup truck slammed into a crowd in the Adams Morgan neighborhood in Washington the night of June 8, injuring two bike patrol officers and a pedestrian.The DC Police Department said two bike patrol officers and a worker for the District Department of Transportation were struck by a pickup truck around 9 pm. All three were taken to hospital and one of the officers was reported as being in critical condition.The TV station reported that it’s unknown whether the crash was an accident or intentional. Witnesses told the station that the truck was travelling as fast as 50 miles per hour at the time of the crash.
