Police Arrive at Khomeini Mausoleum in Tehran After Attack

Armed attackers opened fire at the mausoleum of Ayatollah Khomeini in south Tehran, and at the Iranian parliament, on June 7. Early reports indicated there were a number of people killed and wounded in the incidents.Local reports said that one of the mausoleum attackers, described as a woman, blew herself up at the scene. At least five people were reported to have been wounded at the site.
