केरल यूथ कांग्रेस के नेता रिजिल मुक्कुट्टी ने एक ऐसा बयान दिया है जिसके कारण कांग्रेस को बड़ी मुश्किल का सामना करना पड़ सकता है. मुक्कुट्टी का कहना है कि उन्होंने बछड़े को काटने की जानकारी कांग्रेस हाई कमान को दी थी और हाई कमान की ओर से इस बात पर किसी तरह का ऐतराज़ नहीं जताया गया था.
