After denying Rahul Gandhi's picture proof, Indian National Overseas Congress President Juned Qazi has now quit his position claiming that Rahul Gandhi has failed to communicate with his party workers.
Claiming that Rahul Gandhi did not participate in any conference in the US, Qazi has expressed his disappointment with the Gandhi scion.
