Tanker Truck Burns on California Highway

A tanker truck carrying gasoline overturned and exploded in Atwater, California, on Tuesday, May 23. California Highway Patrol told ABC 30 the driver was killed.The crash happened at Highway 99 and Applegate Road, near the freeway. The smoke could be seen for miles, as seen in this video. The highway exit where the crash occurred will be closed for two days.This video shows the smoke and flames, and small explosions can be heard throughout.
