Blue River Overflows, Causes Flooding in Salem, Indiana

The West Fork of the Blue River overflowed on Friday, May 19, causing the town of Salem, Indiana, to flood. This video was taken along the banks of the river, near South Main Street.The town was initially under a state of emergency, but that warning was lifted on Saturday, according to reports.. The flood stage is 20 feet, and as of 10:30 am the stage was 22.5 feet.
