വീട്ടില്‍ പൂജക്കെന്ന പേരില്‍ വന്ന് പീഡിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ച സ്വാമിയുടെ ജനനേന്ദ്രിയം പെണ്‍കുട്ടി മുറിച്ചെടുത്തു. ഇരുപത്തിമൂന്നുകാരിയായ പെണ്‍കുട്ടിയാണ് പീഡനം ചെറുക്കാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയാണ് പെണ്‍കുട്ടി സ്വാമിയുടെ ജനനേന്ദ്രിയം മുറിച്ചെടുത്തത്. കൊല്ലം പന്മന ആശ്രമത്തിലെ ഗംഗേശാനന്ദ തീര്‍ഥപാദര്‍ എന്ന സ്വാമിയാണ് പെണ്‍കുട്ടിയെ പീഡിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചത്. പെണ്‍കുട്ടിയുടെ വീട്ടില്‍ പൂജക്കെന്ന പേരില്‍ വര്‍ഷങ്ങളായി സ്വാമി വരാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു എന്നാണ് പൊലീസ് ഭാഷ്യം. അമ്മയുമായുള്ള അടുപ്പം മുതലെടുത്താണ് ഇയാള്‍ പെണ്‍കുട്ടിയെ ഉപദ്രവിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ചത്.
