Much of Iowa was under a tornado warning or watch on Wednesday, May 17. This video was taken from Parkersburg, showing heavy rain.Forecasters with the National Weather Service reported the main threat would be weak, fast-moving, isolated tornadoes. The storms were also capable of producing damaging winds, large hail and heavy rainfall.
