Suspected Car Thieves Caught on Camera Chasing Runaway Truck

Two suspected car thieves were caught on camera in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, chasing down a runaway truck on a dealer’s lot on March 27. Police said the two men unlocked the truck’s transmission, causing it to roll backwards while in neutral.The surveillance footage shows the two men not knowing how to stop the truck as it rolls. One of the men then shoots out the windows with what police said was a BB gun. The other man tried to stop the truck by yanking on the door handle, and the truck drags him before it rolls to a stop.Police said the truck was later stolen off the car dealer’s lot, but it was later recovered. The two suspects, though, have yet to be arrested.
